1. About Us

YES Growth Agency provides Google Business Profile optimization, local-visibility tuning, and review/reputation-management services for small and local businesses.

2. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, booking, or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and to all policies linked on this website. Each client project may have its own customized deal, price, or guarantee confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Service Structure & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  
  

• A one-time up-front fee of $500 USD may apply; it may be waived at our discretion.
  
  

• Most service terms run for three (3) months unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• Monthly fees and total pricing vary by client, industry, and project scope.
  
  

• Services start once the first payment is received.
  
  

4. Performance Guarantee & Refund Policy

• Each project includes specific result goals discussed and agreed upon in a recorded Google Meet before work begins.
  
  

• After payment, a follow-up confirmation email summarizes the agreement.
  
  

• If YES Growth Agency does not achieve the result defined in that recorded meeting, the Client is eligible for a full refund of all monthly payments for the 3-month term.
  
  

• If results are achieved, no refunds apply.
  
  

• Because deals vary, additional or alternate guarantees may be agreed upon in writing for specific clients.
  
  

• To request a refund or dispute a result, email joseph@yesmktagency.com within 7 days of the project’s end.
  
  

• Chargebacks without first contacting us may delay resolution and are discouraged.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to requested accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, website, or analytics).
  
  

• Respond promptly to messages and approvals.
  
  

• Supply accurate business information, images, and data.
  
  

• Understand that ranking or visibility changes depend partly on Google’s systems, competition, and other factors outside our control.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, and materials used by YES Growth Agency remain its intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables created for them once full payment is made.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information and recordings are kept confidential and used only to deliver services.
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy (see below).
We never sell client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

YES Growth Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Independent Contractor

YES Growth Agency operates as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, or joint-venture status with any client.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this site. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Disputes will be handled in Riverside County Courts unless otherwise agreed.
